n n Handle customer queries via voice calls, chat
n Experience as a Telesales
n Provide prompt and accurate resolution to customer issues.

n n Experience:
n n Minimum 6 months documented sales experience is mandatory - sales, insurance, tele sales, seller support
n Basic English communication and problem-solving skills.
