Job Title: Site Supervisor / Site Engineer

Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience:
1–2 years in road/highway construction

Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Description:

We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to take charge of and organize on-site activities related to road and highway construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in civil engineering practices, practical experience in construction management, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily in office operations to ensure work progresses according to schedule and standards.
Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other project stakeholders.
Ensure in office safety protocols and quality standards are upheld.
Manage the loading and unloading of construction materials.
Maintain site records and provide regular progress updates to project managers.




Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Functional Skills:
Proficient in managing loading & unloading activities
Robust understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications
Ability to supervise and coordinate construction labor and subcontractors
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and equipment

RequirementsRequirements:
Proven work experience as a Rod/ Highway Site Supervisor or Site Engineer
Solid understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
