Responsibilities:
• Handle online enquiries (IndiaMART, Website, WhatsApp, Email, Google, etc.)
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly.
• Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
• Maintain and update CRM records.
• Follow up with customers until order closure.
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and customer requirements.
• Prepare daily lead and follow-up reports.
Requirements:
• Graduate (Any Stream).
• Positive communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Solid follow-up and customer handling skills.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
