After Probation:
Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain insurance and loan products in a transparent and qualified manner.
Generate and qualify leads.
Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments.
Maintain daily call records and update customer details in the CRM/Excel.
Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.
Candidate RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).




Freshers are welcome; telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
Positive communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (Basic English preferred).
Confident, polite, and persuasive communication.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
