Job Description:
- Develop & Execute Brownfield Capex Projects
- Projects Requirement Capturing from O&M; Team
- Project engineering especially provide expertise for Equipment & Piping Engineering
- Design, Installation & commissioning of Equipment, packages and piping as per design
specifications
- Project Cost Estimation & Proposals
- Project planning, scheduling and monitoring
- Projects procurement including construction contract / services
- Project Execution and Construction Management
- Prepare project cost estimate and project proposals
- Plan, Schedule, coordinate & manage assigned projects and as discipline support
- Coordinate, follow-up & Execute projects in-house and/or by engaging consultants
- Vendor & contractors identification, assessment and engagement
- Ensures follow-up during design, procurement, construction and commissioning of relevant
- standards and procedures
- Full time support & supervision of project construction (dis-mantling & installation) & commissioning
- Material unloading / loading & stores management
- Meet Project Success factors of SAFETY, COST, QUALITY, and TIME
