As a Lead Project Manager within our eCOA business unit, you will lead complex global studies while providing leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight to Project Management team members. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Management team members by fostering core competencies, skilled growth, and career development opportunities.
- Ensure appropriate training, onboarding, and development activities are completed and documented in accordance with company standards.
- Review project documentation, system configurations, and study deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with applicable SOPs and quality requirements.
- Conduct routine team meetings to facilitate communication, monitor workloads, provide operational guidance, and support forecasting activities.
- Track, analyze, and report key team performance metrics and operational indicators.
- Independently lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of complex eCOA studies and programs.
