Specific Skills
- Is developing knowledge of business
- Expert level understanding of Workday,
with an ability to analyse, diagnose and trouble fix workday issues that colleagues may raise
- Under supervision, will undertake a range of HR tasks and may be responsible for the admin and/or co-ordination of one, two or more of recruitment, work cover WHS, HRIS admin (e.g. Admin work related to new hires, employee movement, etc.)
- May provide basic HR policy interpretation (e.g. Leave Policy, Study Assistance Policy
- Participate in and or support of HR projects
- Ability to design SoPs for processes
- May have 6+ years experience
Communication / Interpersonal
- Demonstrates active and effective listening skills
- Valuable verbal/written communication skills
- Able to build rapport with stakeholders
- Ability to produce reports and other documents using standard systems or templates
