Description
The Executive - Implant will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient employee lifecycle management process at the client's site. This includes overseeing recruitment activities, facilitating a seamless onboarding experience, and managing payroll operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the client's team.

Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring a warm welcome and a comprehensive orientation to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the client's HR team to align on recruitment strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Address employee concerns and grievances,

- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends, implementing improvements as needed.
- Assist with employee training and development programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with the client's organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a client-facing environment.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using HR software and databases for record-keeping and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, ensuring accurate data management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
