Position Title: Operations Executive
Location: PAN India

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Department: Services – Inspection – Retail & Repo QC
Objective:

To ensure accurate and high-quality validation of asset inspection reports by maintaining strict quality control, minimizing client escalations, and achieving efficient turnaround times while detecting discrepancies and fraudulent cases.
Accountability:

•
Review and validate inspection reports to ensure overall accuracy, completeness, and consistency of details, supporting documents, and visual evidence.

•
Update and maintain accurate status and condition of assets for QC-empaneled inspection clients.
•
Ensure defined turnaround time (TAT) adherence for each case before moving it to the next stage, enabling faster closures and improved client satisfaction.
•
Perform maximum QC checks across cases to ensure comprehensive coverage and high-quality output.
•
Identify and prevent discrepancies, manipulations, or fraudulent reporting before sharing with clients.

•




Minimize post-closure escalations by ensuring technical accuracy and completeness of reports.
•
Collaborate effectively with business and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency.

•
Strengthen internal coordination to improve report quality, consistency, and turnaround.
Competencies:

•
Solid knowledge of vehicle inspection parameters, including chassis, structural, and mechanical assessments

•
High attention to detail with a strong quality control and fraud-detection mindset

•
Ability to manage high volumes while adhering to defined TATs

•
Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams

•
Analytical and problem-solving ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy

Experience:

•
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations, QC, or administrative roles, preferably in vehicle inspection or valuation domains

•
Educational qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any field
