We are looking for a Calling Executive with valuable English communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, handling queries, providing information, and maintaining skilled communication.

Job Responsibilities
Make and receive customer calls.
Communicate clearly and confidently in English.
Handle customer queries over the phone.
Provide accurate information to customers.
Follow up with customers when required.
Maintain call records and customer details.
Meet daily calling targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements
Good English communication skills – Mandatory
Good verbal and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in flexible shifts.
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
