Job Description:
- Handle inbound international calls.
- Provide customer service through voice process.
- Assist customers with their queries in a skilled and efficient manner.
- Work in a US Healthcare process.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum typing speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.




- Comfortable working in rotational shifts/night shifts as per business requirements.
- Willing to work with two rotational split weekly offs.
- Open to work from office in Kolkata.
- 2024, 2025 & 2026 graduates are eligible.
- 2026 result-awaited candidates are also eligible: BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, MBA
