We are looking for a hands-on SysOps & DevOps Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in Linux administration, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps operations. The ideal candidate should have strong production-support and troubleshooting experience, with hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Utho Cloud, along with Shell/Bash scripting, CI/CD, Git, and Docker. The candidate will be responsible for managing production environments, supporting deployments, monitoring infrastructure, resolving incidents, and collaborating with development teams to address infrastructure issues. This role also offers an opportunity to take increasing ownership of infrastructure and automation and progress into a Senior SysOps & DevOps Engineer / Team Lead role based on technical capability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Linux-based production environments.
- Deploy and support cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Utho Cloud.
- Manage DNS, networking, firewalls, VPNs, SSL certificates, and load balancers.
- Monitor systems, perform patching and backups,



and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Automate routine tasks using Shell/Bash scripting.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production releases.
- Collaborate with Development teams to resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Support Docker/containerized environments and infrastructure automation.
- Participate in incident resolution and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities.

Key Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Linux, SysOps, Cloud, or DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration and networking.
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Utho Cloud.
- Robust Shell/Bash scripting and troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and Docker.
- Exposure to Kubernetes and Terraform is an advantage.
