Description
The Finance organization is on a multi-year journey to modernize the technology platforms that enable our processes. We are focused on strengthening data governance, modernizing applications, consolidating data platforms, and leveraging Cloud capabilities to drive efficiency and scalability.
As an Analyst, Finance Technology Strategy & Project Management, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the Finance Technology roadmap. You’ll support a portfolio of Finance Technology initiatives, support the tracking of annual budget utilization and monitoring of project execution governance policy compliance, and collaborate on key Finance initiatives across Finance, Product, and Technology to deliver transformative outcomes that align with our modernization goals.

Responsibilities
- Support tracking for the Finance Technology portfolio by maintaining budget and spend data, identifying variances, and helping translate insights into explicit, actionable updates for stakeholders across Product and Technology.
- Support key portfolio management activities,



including consolidating project governance artifacts and preparing artifacts for final submission to the enterprise EPMO.
- Support process transformation by leveraging AI tools to identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and drive greater efficiency across Finance Technology initiatives.
- Support program management activities by helping track project milestones, maintain status updates, coordinate follow-ups, and prepare clear reporting materials for stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage key project artifacts, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Prepare clear, concise project status reports and executive presentations that highlight progress, risks, and key decisions
- Operate in an Agile environment, supporting ceremonies and promoting iterative delivery.
