A hands-on content creator–cum–instructional designer who can plan, create, manage, update and publish learning content end to end, while coordinating with SMEs, trainers, agencies, and leadership.
This is not a strategy only or agency manager role—We need someone who personally creates content, uses AI tools daily, manages timelines rigorously, and understands field sales contexts.
An 6- 8 year instructional designer / content manager from FMCG/BFSI/large sales org, who still creates content daily, uses AI comfortably, understands field realities, and can run content projects end to end with minimal supervision.

Educational Specifications

Mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Instructional Design / Education / Learning Sciences
- OR Mass Communication / Journalism / English
- OR MBA / PGDM with exposure to L&D;, Sales Training, or Content
- Formal certification is a plus, not mandatory:
- Instructional Design, Digital Learning, Adult Learning, UX for Learning

Good-to-have
- Any short courses or credentials in:
- E learning authoring (Articulate, Captivate, Rise)




- AI for content creation / prompt engineering
- Learning analytics or evaluation

Experience Specifications
6-8 years total experience, with at least 3–5 years in:
- Instructional Design
- Learning Content Creation
- Sales / Field Capability / Product Training (preferred)

Must have experience
- Personally created:
- Learning modules (digital / blended), Scripts, presentations, assessments, videos, Ready reckoners / job aids / performance support tools
- Managed multiple content tracks in parallel with tight timelines
- Worked with:
- SMEs (Sales, Marketing, Product, Process), Field leaders / Trainers, External vendors (design, translation, video)

Solid advantage
- Experience in large, distributed field force environments:
- FMCG, Paints, Cement, BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Retail
- Exposure to Pan India learners with language diversity
