- To monitor sample receiving registers, instrument usage log books and records.
- Audit trails verification and other related documents verification
- To verify working, Reference and Primary standard as per SOP.
- To Monitor calibration activity and certify calibration record of all QC instrument as per schedule.
- To verify Stability testing result along with raw data as per checklist.
- To verify completion of training schedule and employee training file
- To identify gaps through document review, investigation, audits and
- assuring compliances to them.
- To prepare, review and implementation standard operating procedure
- (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- To follow and maintain GxP standards and safety rules.
- To prepare/review standard operating procedure.
- To review/verify all type of documents generated in laboratory e.g.
- Analytical raw data, COA, Instrument calibration reports, working standard
