We are seeking a talented and driven Assistant Manager – DTC Sales & Operations to join our D2C – Digital team at Fossil Group in Bangalore, India. If you are passionate about digital commerce and enjoy using data and commercial insights to drive growth, this could be the perfect role for you. In this agile and global company, you will help accelerate DTC performance across international markets by optimizing commercial outcomes, customer experience, and operational excellence.
This is a hybrid position based in our Bangalore office. You will be required to work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. This role reports directly to the Manager – DTC Sales & Operations.
What you will do in this role
Commercial Performance & Growth

Drive commercial performance and P&L; outcomes for assigned markets or business units, focusing on revenue, profitability, and financial targets.

Develop and execute DTC strategies in partnership with Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Finance, and Operations teams.

Analyze pricing,



promotions, inventory, margins, and customer trends to identify opportunities for sustainable growth.

Performance Analytics & Insights

Own weekly and monthly DTC performance reporting and translate KPIs into actionable business recommendations.

Monitor revenue, traffic, conversion rate, average order value, return rates, and other key e-commerce metrics.

Build intuitive dashboards and data visualizations using Looker Studio, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar BI tools.

Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support informed commercial decisions.

Strategic Projects & Operations

Lead strategic DTC initiatives by defining business problems, analyzing data, and delivering scalable solutions.

Evaluate the impact of pricing changes, promotional campaigns, customer behavior, return trends, and other commercial programs.
