As a Project Manager within our eCOA business unit, you will lead cross-functional project teams through the successful execution of complex clinical studies, ensuring high-quality delivery, exceptional customer service, and adherence to project timelines and budgets. You will serve as a trusted partner to sponsors and internal stakeholders, driving study success from startup through database lock and project closeout while helping bring life-changing therapies to patients faster.

This India-based role supports U.S. customers and project teams and requires regular working hours aligned with the U.S. East Coast (Eastern Time Zone).

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of eCOA studies and programs.
- Gather customer requirements and translate study needs into actionable plans for cross-functional operational teams.
- Develop, maintain, and manage study documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate the distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and management of study devices and associated equipment.
- Create, review, and distribute study status reports, metrics, and project communications.
- Ensure appropriate archival of study data, documentation, and project records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and manage customer expectations through proactive communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor study timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful project execution.
