Job Description:

Position: Manager/Sr. Manager - QA/QC

Location: Dadra

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with approved specifications.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Oversee laboratory operations, testing activities, and analytical processes.
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance of analytical testing methods.
- Review and approve test results, specifications, SOPs, and quality documents.
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Manage customer complaints, investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA.
- Handle deviations, non-conformances, OOS/OOT, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor quality performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper calibration,



maintenance, and qualification of laboratory instruments.
- Conduct and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Develop and monitor quality KPIs and reports for management.
- Train, guide, and develop the QA/QC team.
- Promote a robust quality and compliance culture across the organization.
