About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Manager

In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of financial advisors on diverse and complex business groups regarding matters related to financial data forecasting of financial metrics, operating and strategic reviews
- Ensure efficient and effective execution of finance strategy based on financial research and economic research
- Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning
- Recommend opportunities to more experienced management on product pricing, portfolio performance, key metrics forecasting, closing data and validation
- Make decisions on framework to deliver key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting
- Maintain effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standards and internal control standards
- Lead implementation of complex projects impacting one or more lines of business
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives to ensure compliance and manage risk




- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Finance
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics, reporting, forecasting, or similar fields
- CA/MBA preferred qualification with FPA experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Essbase and financial reporting systems and applications including Tools knowledge on Power BI and new aged AI knowledge
- Solid technical and visualization skills (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
