Role Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and
target-oriented Sales Executive to develop partnerships with preschools
and educational institutions.

The role involves extensive field travel, meeting school
owners, principals, trustees, and other decision-makers, conducting product
presentations, generating leads, negotiating, and converting opportunities into
successful business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify
and generate new leads from preschools and educational institutions.
- Meet school owners, principals, trustees, and key decision-makers to
explore business opportunities.
- Conduct
product presentations and demonstrations to prospective institutions.
- Build
and maintain strong and professional client relationships.




- Handle
negotiations, regular follow-ups, and business closures.
- Achieve
assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain
an updated sales pipeline, CRM records, and daily activity reports.
- Represent
the organization at exhibitions, seminars, education events, and
networking opportunities.
- Conduct
market visits and gather information regarding competitors and market
trends.
- Develop
new school partnerships and expand the organization's institutional
customer base.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's
degree in any relevant discipline.
- 1–3
years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Education Sales,
Business Development, or a similar role will be preferred.
- Freshers
with excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills may also
apply.
- Excellent
communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident
personality with strong presentation and negotiation abilities
