Role Overview
As Territory Head – Water Softener, you will play a critical leadership role in building and scaling a Direct Dealer Partner & Consultant network for Aquaguard Water Softeners. This is a high-growth, leadership-visible role, contributing to the creation of 500 Cr. business across India.

Key Responsibilities
•Build, expand, and manage a Direct Dealer Partner & Consultant network across the territory
•Identify, evaluate, onboard, and close high-quality partners
•Drive primary and tertiary sales through strong BTL execution and lead conversion
•Lead sales pitches, negotiations, and closures
•Monitor performance; track daily, weekly,



and monthly KPIs and reports
•Train, coach, and groom Partner through field coaching, role plays, and reviews
•Drive offline and digital lead conversion with high efficiency
•Ensure timely order closure, installation, and customer training
•Resolve sales and service escalations and close customer complaints within 48 hours
