Job Purpose

To provide on-going administrative and outdoor support services pertaining to employment and sponsorship formalities in accordance with Indian rules and regulations and as per CORE Ops Pune - Air Arabia adopted policies and procedures.

Key Result Responsibilities

Key Result Responsibilities
- Provides daily and on-going support to the HR Department and employees on different matters deemed necessary to facilitate official or operational requirements.
- Processes necessary attestations from the different entities when required.
- Deposits cheques at respective banks for different purposes such as End of Service and Pension Cheques, etc.
- Handles post mail delivery, collection and distribution constantly and timely to ensure smooth operations.
- Collects tickets, handles refunds and related payments with the different airlines as per instructions received from Staff Travel Specialist.
- Acts as a middle man between CORE Ops and Head Office, Sales Shops, GCAA, Airline Companies,



and others to ensure proper delivery and pick up of documents and packages needed for daily operations.
- Handles the transportation (pick-up and drop-off) of guests and delegates as well as staff whenever assigned by the Supervisors/Managers to do so ensuring punctuality and secure transportation.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)
- Graduate or Diploma in any stream is acceptable with needed administrative experience
- Dynamic and physically fit for the job, requires frequent movement.
- Age recommended: not above 30 years.
- Acceptable computer skills.
- Fair in English Language (Hindi & Marathi is a plus).

Work Experience
- 2+ years of related administration/public relations working experience in a similar role in the India preferably in the service industry.
- Knowledge in India Labor, and transportation regulations and the corresponding procedures and formalities.
- Capable of comprehending and classifying documents needed for required tasks.
