Role Description:

VMax Wellness is seeking a results-driven and hands-on Tele Sales TL to lead and scale our inside sales function. This role requires a strong sales leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving revenue from qualified leads, and implementing scalable sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and scale the inside/tele sales team to drive consistent revenue growth.

Own end-to-end sales performance from qualified inbound and outbound leads across multiple channels.

Develop and execute a structured inside sales strategy focused on lead conversion, upselling, and customer retention.

Define, track,



and achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Design and implement scalable sales processes, scripts, and SOPs supported by CRM and auto-dialing systems.

Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and brand consistency.

Establish a robust quality assurance, coaching, and performance management framework.

Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and skill development initiatives for the sales team.

Create and manage incentive plans, contests, and motivation programs to drive high performance.

Monitor key sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline health to ensure revenue and profitability goals are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed premier institution.

5 to 7 years of Inside/Tele sales experience, preferably in a B2C environment.
