Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at project locations. This role includes supervising site teams, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring that construction or fit-out activities follow approved plans, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. The Site Supervisor monitors material usage and deliveries, maintains site documentation, and regularly reports progress, issues,



and risks to project managers and leadership. The role also involves liaising with clients, vendors, and inspection authorities, resolving in office challenges promptly, and ensuring that work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.

Qualifications
Ability to supervise on-site construction or fit-out activities, including coordination of workers, contractors, and daily workflows.
Strong skills in site planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
