Key Responsibilities
* Own the master training calendar, manage capacity planning, and build
training rosters for all recent store launches and refresher tracks
* Partner with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to ensure >80% of frontline hires
are onboarded and pass through mandatory training assessments before going live
on the floor
* Maintain real-time dashboards on training completion rates, failure rates,
and frontline attrition percentages
* Source venues, coordinate AV/IT needs, setup training equipment, and manage
offline bootcamp operations
* Oversee physical dispatch of training manuals, SOP books, and hardware kits
to regional hubs
Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years in Training Operations, L&D; Project Management, or Retail
Enablement
* Exceptional scheduling and data management skills
