​​​​​ ​​​​​Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Ironclad Platform Administrator to provide internal ownership of the Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform throughout implementation and beyond. This individual will work alongside the implementation partner during configuration, testing, training, and deployment while developing the internal expertise needed to support the platform long-term.

The role serves as the internal subject matter expert, validating implementation decisions, documenting platform configuration and governance, and preparing the organization for steady-state operations. After implementation, the individual will transition into the Legal, Risk, and Compliance Systems team as the long-term platform administrator.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience administering the Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
- Hands-on experience participating in one or more Ironclad implementations.
- Robust understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and legal operations.




- Experience configuring workflows, templates, permissions, metadata, and reporting within Ironclad.
- Ability to evaluate implementation recommendations with a focus on long-term operational sustainability.
- Experience developing platform documentation, governance standards, and support procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Legal Operations or Legal Technology platforms.
- Experience working with implementation partners or consulting firms during enterprise software deployments.
- Knowledge of contract management best practices and governance models.
- Familiarity with integrations involving enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, DocuSign, ServiceNow, or ERP systems.
