Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Events
- Support planning and execution of engagement activities, celebrations, R&R; events, festive programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and venues for event logistics.
- Conduct pulse check surveys, gather feedback, and support action planning.

Employee Helpdesk & Support
- Act as a touchpoint for employee queries related to HR policies, workplace facilities, leaves, onboarding, and internal processes.
- Ensure timely resolution by coordinating with relevant teams like HR Ops, Workplace Management, and IT.

Communication & Culture Initiatives
- Draft internal communication for HR announcements, events, and engagement updates.
- Support campaigns related to culture, employee well?being, DEI activities, and HR initiatives.
- Help maintain notice boards, HR intranet portals, and communication channels.

HR Operations Support
- Assist with employee lifecycle activities such as confirmation letters, transfers, celebrations, and documentation coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee data, trackers,



and dashboards related to engagement and experience.
- Support audits, compliance checks, and process documentation.

Feedback & Insights
- Gather inputs from employees during one?on?one interactions, meetings, and events.
- Track employee experience trends and share insights to support HRBP decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Freshers to 2–3 years of HR/engagement/employee?facing experience preferred.

Experience
- Experience in HR operations, employee engagement, coordination, event management, or onboarding is an advantage.
- Exposure to corporate culture, HR service delivery, or workplace management is helpful but not mandatory.
