We are seeking an experienced Advanced Automation Test Engineer with expertise in testing modern web applications using AI-powered test automation platforms such as Functionize. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing scalable automation frameworks, implementing end-to-end test strategies, integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, and improving software quality through intelligent automation. This role requires close collaboration with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality software delivery in an Agile

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for complex web applications using Functionize.
• Create robust end-to-end, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and API test automation.
• Leverage AI-powered automation capabilities in Functionize, including self-healing tests, natural language test creation, and intelligent maintenance.
• Design reusable automation components that improve scalability and reduce maintenance effort.




• Analyze application requirements and convert them into comprehensive automation scenarios.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Validate REST APIs using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar frameworks.
• Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Execute automated tests as part of release validation and provide actionable quality reports.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document defects with explicit reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve automation failures and application defects.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning activities.
• Continuously improve automation coverage, execution speed, and reliability.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices across the team.
• Review automation code and establish coding standard
