Job Description: Strategy, Business Planning & Change Management
Position Overview
A strategic role managing programs for the Managing Director's office in Project & Development Services (PDS), with a strong external focus on building brand visibility, ecosystem development, formation of Client Advisory Board, setting up a market research function, and the next phase of PDS 2.0 brand both internally and externally.
Additionally, the role would also manage ‘One JLL’ initiatives, focus on business analysis, strategic planning,
client relationship excellence, and high-level executive support. This role directly supports the Hub and MD performance and strategic and qualitative objectives while ensuring seamless client experience and successful organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's office business operations, including strategic planning and executive support
- Conduct business reviews, create research and market updates, reports and presentations for the MD on non-BAU initiatives, for example:

- Recent global strategy development
- Hosting global leadership team workshops
- Help build business plans for new sectors/services
