JOB DESCRIPTION:
Title – Sr. Manager Engineering (Site Engineering Lead)
Qualification – Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mechanical, Electrical or equivalent.
Work Experience – Minimum 10-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical regulated manufacturing industries. Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.

Job Description
- Provide overall engineering leadership for the site, ensuring secure, compliant, reliable,
and cost-effective operations of utilities, facilities, infrastructure and engineering system.
- Develop and execute the site's Engineering Strategy aligned with business growth, operational excellence, regulatory requirements, and long-term organizational objectives.
- Lead Site Master Planning initiatives to support future manufacturing expansion, technology upgrades, capacity enhancement, and infrastructure modernization.
- Own and manage the site's annual operating budget and multi-year capital investment roadmap, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and delivery of business value.
- Drive CAPEX project identification, business case preparation, financial justification, approval processes, execution, and post-implementation benefit realization.
