Job Description

OBJECTIVES / PURPOSE
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to serve as a hands-on analytics and insights contributor within Takeda's Global Capability Center (GCC) in India, supporting the US Medical Digital Engagement & Insights team. This role sits in the GCC and operates as an extension of US Medical — transforming US Medical's data into actionable intelligence by uncovering signals in large, complex datasets, generating clear strategic insights, and telling compelling stories with data that guide US Medical leadership, field teams, and strategic planning.



The Senior Analyst carries significant individual ownership of analytical deliverables and is an emerging thought leader who elevates the quality and clarity of insights delivered to US Medical.
- Own and independently deliver a portfolio of the GCC's US Medical analytical products, and serve as a go-to resource for insight generation and visual analytics across assigned therapeutic areas.
- Partner across time zones with US Medical leaders, therapeutic-area leads, and DD&T; to translate analytical needs into decision-ready insights with transparent business implications.
- Act as an emerging thought partner within the GCC team — contributing to analytical best practices, storytelling standards, and the informal mentoring of Analyst colleagues.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
