Role Description The Sales Officer role at Brand Clutch is a full time, on-site position based in Guwahati. The Sales Officer will identify and develop new business opportunities with food entrepreneurs and restaurant owners, manage existing client relationships, and support the end-to-end sales cycle.



Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, coordinating with internal teams to propose tailored solutions, and managing sales operations such as tracking pipelines and updating CRM tools. The role also involves supporting channel sales initiatives, addressing client queries, ensuring high-quality customer service, and contributing to sales strategies that drive revenue growth in the region.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations, including managing pipelines and follow-ups.
Knowledge of Channel Sales and experience collaborating with partners or distributors to expand market reach.
Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, food services, or consulting environments.
