About the Role:
Winseed India are seeking a Senior Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Completing bank, vendor and customer reconciliations
Monitoring cash flow and preparing regular MIS reports
Managing PF, ESI, TDS and GST calculations, payments and statutory filings
Preparing TDS returns and certificates, including Forms 16 and 16A
Reconciling TDS records with Form 26AS
Preparing and filing GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C
Ensuring compliance with GST e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill and HSN/SAC requirements
Supporting GST and TDS assessments, departmental notices, audits and related matters
Coordinating with auditors, tax consultants and government authorities




Reconciling physical and book stock and investigating discrepancies
Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
Assisting with balance sheet schedules and profit and loss reporting

What We're Looking For:
B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance or CA Inter preferred
At least 5–8 years’ experience in accounting and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience with PF, ESI, TDS and GST filings is essential
Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards and experience using ERP systems
Robust Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables
Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy and deadline management
Strong communication and coordination skills
