Role Description The Residential Business Development Manager for South East Asia, Middle East, Europe,



and East Africa is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities for AGS Consulting Engineers and Project Management. This remote role is based in Chennai, Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals and commercial offers, coordinating with engineering and project management teams, and tracking opportunities from lead generation through to contract closure. The role also involves representing AGS in client meetings, online presentations, and industry events, gathering market intelligence, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The manager will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that client needs are translated into effective technical and project solutions.
