About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Consultant / Application

Manager to lead the support, enhancement, change management, and governance of

the organization's Human Capital Management (HCM) application landscape.

The ideal candidate will act as a strategic IT partner to HR and business stakeholders,

ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement of digital HR solutions across

the employee lifecycle. This role requires robust expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and

related HR platforms, along with proven experience managing cross-functional HR

technology initiatives, integrations, vendors, and application support teams.

Key Responsibilities

HCM Application Ownership

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HCM applications, including support,

enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and governance.

Serve as the primary IT contact for HR business functions and leadership teams.
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of HR systems.
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of digital HR capabilities.
