Role Description The Architect role at FEY Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Srinagar. The Architect will be responsible for developing concepts, preparing architectural drawings, and coordinating design solutions across residential, commercial, hospitality,



and interior projects. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, detailed design development, 3D visualization review, and collaboration with consultants, contractors, and internal team members to ensure design intent is maintained through all project stages. The Architect will participate in project meetings, support documentation and working drawings, and help manage timelines and deliverables. The role also involves staying informed about materials, building technologies, and local regulations to support high-quality, compliant design outcomes.
Qualifications

Robust foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailed design.
Experience with Project Management, such as coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and overseeing design implementation.
