The Role

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our Team.

In this role, you will help build and maintain the Talview platform, working on robust backend services powered by PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS Lambda, GraphQL, Hasura, and Temporal.



You will collaborate with internal and external APIs to optimize and enhance our offerings.

What You'll Do

Build robust backend microservices : Design, develop, deploy, and operate scalable services serving millions
Optimize performance : Monitor service usage and continuously improve efficiency, stability, and speed
Collaborate cross-functionally : Work with FE developers, QA, Customer Success & Product teams
Own your services : Take responsibility for solutions deployed for customers end-to-end
Innovate : Participate in POCs and new product feature trials
Work across ecosystems : Integrate with diverse APIs, services, and data stores
Solve meaningful problems : Contribute directly to platform reliability, scalability, and product success
