Role Description The Owner at jevy.nl is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, client relationship management, and operational decision-making. On a day-to-day basis, the Owner coordinates web and design projects, guides the development and creative teams, and ensures that deliverables meet quality and performance standards. The role includes managing budgets, supervising marketing initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities and partnerships. This is a full time,



on-site role based in Kolkata, requiring consistent presence to direct team activities, support clients, and maintain smooth operations. The Owner is expected to lead by example, foster an inclusive workplace culture, and ensure that services remain aligned with market trends and client needs.
Qualifications
Ability to provide strategic leadership, set clear business goals, and make data-informed decisions.
Experience managing web development and design projects, preferably with technologies such as PHP, Node.js, Python, .NET, Java and platforms like WordPress, Laravel, Magento, and Drupal.
Strong client management and communication skills, including negotiating contracts and maintaining long-term partnerships.
Proficiency in business operations, including budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking.
