Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct usability testing, product validation, and experience testing for digital products across web and mobile platforms.
Evaluate digital journeys to identify usability issues, customer pain points, navigation challenges, and experience gaps.
Design and execute usability studies, user testing sessions, and validation exercises based on product objectives.
Apply design thinking and user-centered methodologies to evaluate and improve product experiences.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify usability patterns and actionable insights.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Researchers,



Engineers, and Business teams to validate product concepts and solutions.
Document testing findings, usability issues, recommendations, and improvement opportunities in a structured manner.
Support pre-launch and post-launch product validation and contribute to continuous UX improvement.
Track identified issues through resolution and validate whether design/product changes address the original user problems.

Ideal Candidate

Robust Usability / UX Testing and Validation Profiles
Must have 1+ YOE in product validation, usability testing, design thinking, or experience testing roles, working on digital products
Must have hands-on experience in testing user journeys, workflows, and interaction flows for web or mobile applications
Must have practical experience conducting usability testing, prototype testing, and concept validation with users before product release
Experience in identifying usability issues,
