Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, designers,



developers, institutions, and public sector clients, while strengthening relationships with existing partners. Responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, preparing proposals, managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and site visits, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and project execution. The role involves market research, competitive analysis, and participation in industry events to expand brand visibility and drive revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will also provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management, ideally in furniture, construction, building materials, or design-related industries.
Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals, with the ability to meet and exceed sale
