Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer – Agentic AI with 12+ years of experience in software engineering and strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and delivering scalable AI-driven solutions across the complete SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
Build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and autonomous task execution.
Develop and integrate LLM and RAG-based applications using enterprise data and knowledge sources.
Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery from architecture and design through development, deployment, and production support.
Define scalable and secure architectures for AI/ML applications and agentic workflows.




Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and external tools.
Drive software engineering best practices across the complete SDLC, including coding, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring.
Implement DevSecOps practices to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant AI deployments.
Apply FinOps principles to optimize infrastructure, LLM, cloud, and operational costs.
Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and LLM capabilities and identify opportunities for enterprise adoption.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

12+ years of overall software engineering / technology experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents.
Solid expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
