About The Role

We are looking for a high-potential professional with a strong B2B background to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and unlock new business opportunities. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, commercial acumen, and execution excellence. The incumbent will work closely with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and internal leadership teams to identify growth opportunities, develop key accounts, and create scalable revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and target potential partners relevant for BNPL in the wellness space (fitness brands, health tech, nutraceuticals, wellness platforms, hospitals, clinics, etc.), develop strategic plans, and execute strategies to onboard and build long-term relationships.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients — including wellness brands, D2C health brands, and digital health platforms — to foster collaboration & trust and encourage repeat business.
Sales Strategy:



Develop and implement sales strategies to understand organization structures within the wellness ecosystem, expand into current markets and channels, and achieve revenue targets.
Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date on trends, competitors, and market dynamics within the wellness sector — including fitness, mental health, nutrition, preventive healthcare, and allied categories.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for BNPL adoption in the wellness industry.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, Sales, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on product offerings and support wellness partners effectively.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report key business metrics, sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to stakeholders.
