We are seeking a diligent AutoCAD intern to support our operations team with drafting and documentation for luxury villas, estates, and high-end residential developments. The role offers hands-on exposure to preparing and updating technical drawings, supporting design and site teams, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation across ongoing projects. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawings are accurate, well-organized, and aligned with project requirements.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Drafting & documentation
Prepare and update layout plans, elevations, and detailed drawings in AutoCAD as directed by senior team members
Support preparation of GFC (positive for construction) drawings and coordination drawings
Maintain organized drawing records, revisions, and version control for ongoing projects
Coordination & support
Coordinate with design, project management,



and site teams to incorporate revisions and updates into drawings
Assist in translating site measurements and instructions into accurate technical drawings
Support the central operations team with day-to-day drafting requirements across multiple projects
Quality & accuracy
Ensure drawings are accurate, to scale, and consistent with design intent and site conditions
Review and cross-check drawings for errors before submission
