Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Initiate 'Hype & Schedule' bridge calls or chats with qualified leads to plan and confirm site visits.
Manage and coordinate shared calendars between customers and in office Sales Executives.
Share pre-visit details with customers, including location, site contact, and visit expectations.
Conduct a mandatory confirmation check-in with customers two hours before the scheduled visit.
