Description
As a Personal Banker, you will be the face of the bank, interacting with customers and providing them with personalized financial solutions. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored banking products and services. You will be responsible for cross-selling and upselling the bank's products to existing and current customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Cross-sell and promote the bank's products and services to existing customers.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and banking software.
- Knowledge of basic banking products and services.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new banking trends.
- A customer-centric approach and a positive attitude.
