Key Responsibilities

Coordinate purchase order fulfilment across multiple online retail/e-commerce channels
Cross-functional coordination with warehouse, finance, and channel/marketplace teams
Track and manage day-to-day dispatch, invoicing, and delivery timelines
Handle courier and logistics coordination, including appointment scheduling and issue resolution
Maintain accurate records and trackers for inventory, dispatch, and reconciliation
Troubleshoot operational escalations and ensure timely closure
Support process documentation and continuous improvement of operations workflows

Requirements

Strong coordination and follow-up skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities




Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP/order-management tools a plus
Detail-oriented with good ownership and problem-solving ability
Prior experience/internship in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred
Ability to work fast and adapt in a agile, high-volume environment.
