Openhouse is looking for engaging and enthusiastic teachers to conduct 1:1 communication & language classes for children in and around Sarjapur, Bangalore. The classes focus on developing children's spoken language, vocabulary, communication, confidence and self-expression through activity-based learning. Classes will be conducted at students' homes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging 1:1 classes at students' homes using the Openhouse curriculum.
Facilitate activities such as conversations, storytelling, vocabulary building, role plays, speeches and presentations.
Adapt sessions based on the child's age, confidence and learning needs.
Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and the Openhouse team.
Conduct trial classes for interested families when required.
Attend periodic teacher training sessions and team meetings.
Maintain punctuality and professionalism while visiting students' homes.

Time Commitment

Any 5 days a week, approximately 20 hours per week.




Weekdays: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
Weekends: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.

Note

Location: Currently hiring for Sarjapur and nearby areas.
Classes will be conducted at students' homes. Students will be assigned within nearby areas wherever possible to minimise travel.
Candidates should be comfortable travelling locally.
