Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.

Search and identify candidates based on given IT job requirements and skill sets.

Use Naukri Resdex effectively for candidate sourcing and database search.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to the job description.

Conduct initial candidate calls to understand experience, skills, location, notice period, CTC, and expectations.

Share relevant job opportunities with candidates and explain the role and requirements.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/internal teams.

Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and joining.

Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment trackers/ATS.

Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable IT candidates.

Understand basic IT technologies, job roles, and technical skill requirements.

Work closely with senior recruiters to understand requirements and achieve hiring targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
