We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy founder’s office intern who is ready to take ownership beyond a single function. This is not a conventional internship, you will work closely with the founder while actively contributing to business development, operational optimization, and cross-functional execution. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Founder's office & strategic projects
Work directly with the founder on special initiatives and high-priority projects
Conduct research and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure execution of key business goals
Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks requiring quick thinking and structured execution
Business development
Identify and research potential clients and growth opportunities
Assist in outreach, pitching, and onboarding new clients
Support in preparing proposals, presentations,



and strategic decks
Track and optimize the sales pipeline
Business & department optimization
Analyze workflows across teams (performance marketing, SEO, tech, creative, etc.) and suggest process improvements
Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for efficiency enhancement
Assist in building systems and dashboards to improve internal coordination
