Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Preparation, review, and submission of tender documentation.
Conducting legal research on case law and regulatory frameworks.
Handling MCA filings, including company and LLP incorporation and ongoing compliance.
Assisting with incorporation, restructuring,and winding-up of entities
Drafting responses to Income Tax notices and related correspondence.
Supporting appellate proceedings, representations, and legal submissions.
Managing trademark registration and associated procedural requirements.
Monitoring updates in tax, corporate, and regulatory laws.
Coordinating with clients for documentation, filings, and compliance matters.
